Young Poe Bio:
My name is Young Poe from Detroit Michigan’s east side. I grew up playing basketball on the AAU circuit. I was raised by my father and uncles. When hoop dreams came to end getting money and hustling started. Music was always in the picture but I started trying to make my own off the strength of buying a studio in 2012 for my younger brother to use. I would practice engineering for him but when he wasn’t around I record myself to keep trying to get the sound down right. Left it alone for five years but when I moved back to Atlanta in 2017 I was back in a position to give the world some motivation. I felt like I couldn’t let this opportunity slip away again and here we are in 2019 Still Making Progress, respect.
