Music Therapy in Natural Disasters

Krista Winter is my guest this week. Krista is a board certified music therapist in Lamar, Missouri. She also has training in Neurologic Music Therapy and provides music therapy and is Assistant Planetree Coordinator at Barton County Memorial Hospital. When the tornado hit nearby Joplin, Missouri, Krista spent many volunteer hours providing music therapy and other resources and assistance to that community.
