How is our philosophy?

Be careful this is a trick question.  Dale Carnegie talked about how learning to see from another person's point of view was the key to success in business.  I would have sworn I knew that and had it committed to memory, but apparently not.  I apologize.  My job is to share Jesus first and foremost, the rest falls in line.  My job is not to offend your thoughts or belief system/ life philosophy.  That includes political party, we all want our community to do well, we all have a philosophy to get us there- quote from my friend.  We can't fight it out, we have to work together, it's the only way we can survive.
