Can we just right this ship for the kids?

Driving my girl to school this morning, in rural West Virginia, I saw all kinds of folks standing with their kids at the bust stop. I don't want to be mean, but imagine.  I saw people driving, and dropping their kids at school, and heading to work.  They all had something in common, they love their kids!  Why don't we make a priority list of five things we can do for our kids.
