Strength and Black women goes hand-in-hand.  You have to be, in order to deal with the demands associated with family, career, and love.  Yet, strong, black women have some unique challenges, because your strength is not appreciated, all of the time.  We want to have a conversation, in which YOU talk about your unique challenges.  It's going to be Real and Raw!!
