Kimberly Smith began her career as a staff engineer for Teddy Riley's Future Recording Studios and later as A&R Director for singer Pebbles' Savvy/ A&M records. From 2000-2002, she was on the board for National Academy of Recording Arts and Science (Atlanta Chapter) as the 2nd Vice President and currently serves on the board. Kim has also worked for Dallas Austin Recording Projects for several years in various capacities such as A&R Operations, joint venture manager and is now enjoying her role as the Director of Publishing and Production, which she is responsible for overseeing production projects for Dallas Austin and his in-house songwriters and producers; finding music placement opportunities for DARP’s catalogue and overseeing all A&R operations for the label. Some of the projects that Kimberly Smith has worked on include, but not limited to: Black Street, Sammie, Patti LaBelle, Rolling Stones' Remix, Prince Remix, Fantasia, Novel, JT Money, Leona Lewis, etc. Motivational Music Radio is a movement to help you obtain and sustain the positive mental attitude needed to achieve your goals and realize your potential.
