There is a ton of pressure when you're a lead on a TV show, especially for women. Allison is really open about the pressure she feels AND puts on herself to look a certain way. She also feels pressure to nail every joke, which when you're in comedy, is way harder than it looks. We also talk about child care options for actresses on TV. Does everyone have a nanny? Do you judge people who have nanny's? Well stop it. It's a necessity if you're working full time in Hollywood.
