Sara Haley is a pre & postnatal fitness expert who has programs designed for women who are having a baby, who just had a baby and those who had a baby many years ago (waving my hands frantically! That's me!) We talk about finding your motivation to workout, specific excercises for someone with diastasis recti, and incorporating your kids into your workout. I'm definitely not the most fit gal, but Sara's workouts have inspired me to at least try to be!
