Change the narrative, reach for dialogue will feature the changing narrative in the African American Community, looking at the harmony/disharmony between those called African American and those called Afro-descendants, most of the 150 million of the latter who live in/ come from the Caribbean and South America. The changing narrative in these communities or the narrative which should be changed should be addressed as we move towards the follow up of the Durban Summit on Racism. During black history month there will be many discussions in which we hope that the dialogue will change and shift, especially with the election of the US 44th president who happens to be black. Change the narrative and reach for and shift the dialogue.
