Let us examine the present, the current, and now time. The enemy is trying to speed up time. Being alert in the now time removes distractions. Therefore, do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about its own things. Sufficient for the day is its own trouble (Matthew 6:34). Dealing with the pandemic and the changes, some may be rushing or hesitating about 2022.

Every day is new for the Children of God. But do we approach each day as such? We get a new dawning (first light), opportunities, revelations, and a new man every day. The world can't wait for their 365 days to claim a new one. But God said He gave us a new thing. Behold I will do a new thing: now it shall spring forth; shall ye not know it? I will even make a way in the wilderness and rivers in the desert (Isaiah 43:19).

In the present, you can see through the wilderness. You see through by not focusing on it. You don't focus on it because of all the new things. To enjoy our abundant life is through the Holy Spirit. Where we learn to take inventory (examine ourselves and the day), listen (being still in your soul), and gratitude (giving thanks for all things).

The Spirit of the Lord shall rest upon Him. The Spirit of wisdom and understanding. The Spirit of counsel and might. The Spirit of knowledge and of the fear of the Lord (Isaiah 11:2). By resting in the present, we embrace the Holy Spirit. We embrace to receive wisdom, understanding, counsel, might, and knowledge. With the understanding of the fear of the Lord, we are delighted despite the valley or wilderness.

You can have joy and change, more profound than happiness.
