Crisis in Black America: Job Creation

Most people a concerned with the lack of employment opportunities for Africa-Americans.  In particular, we use statistics such as the 25%-40% unemployment rate among Black males as the battle cry.

Let's look at the possible solutions available to bring that number under 10%.
