Congratulations on your weight loss. Cindy, I loved your show on fitness. I started exercising at the end of May. I attended a homeschool convention and was out of whack for three days. I couldn't handle the walking! I started walking an hour every day. I hit a plateau and am now running. I've never ran in my life and have never been in shape. I'm running three days a week and I've lost 14 lbs. I would like to lose seven more pounds. For me, the key has been regular daily exercise and better fo
