Astrology and Energies of January 31 to Feb 6

Happy Blue Moon Supermoon Lunar Eclipse in Leo! It is a powerful day filled with a lot of Feminine energy. We are invited to connect with how we truly feel in our hearts, as well as IF we have given parts of ourselves away in order to fit into the crowd, belong to a group, or if we've stay too attached to a dream that has served its purpose - and now we must return to the heart for new inspiration.

The energies have been quite BIG this whole week, so take care of yourself and remember to balance yourself with your inner needs and messages. That means don't let your emotions run over everyone else, nor go off into too much doing, doing, doing without taking deep breaths to pause and listen. It is extra important to practice all of this right now. Everyone feels these energies, but that does not mean they are conscious of them or what is going on within themselves. Stay in a place where you feel confident, grounded, and not overextended - if possible.
