So Now What?
I have fallen into this ditch, getting overwhelmed by my to do list, seeing all the “impossible” things I want to do, and letting my emotions of frustration and disappointment drag me down.
But I’ve learned that when I see that frustration train coming to look to all that I’ve accomplished so far and be thankful for my successes, no matter how “small” the little voice inside my head says they are.
