MMA DieHards Radio: Charlie Brenneman, Ovince St. Preux

On tonight’s episode of MMA DieHards Radio, Bob Badders and Jason Kelly will be joined by a mainstay from each of Zuffa’s mixed martial arts promotions.

UFC welterweight Charlie “The Spaniard” Brenneman (Twitter: @SpaniardMMA), who competes against Kyle Noke at UFC 151 on Sept. 1 at Mandalay Bay Events Center in Las Vegas will join us first.  Brenneman will talk about his upcoming bout, his fitness DVD, titled “SpaniardFit” and everything else currently going on in the busy life of “The Spaniard.”

Then, Strikeforce 205-pound weight class competitor Ovince St. Preux (Twitter: @003_OSP) is coming off a highlight-reel KO over T.J. Cook at Saturday’s Strikeforce event.  We’ll talk to OSP about his big victory, where he believes he stands in the Strikeforce light heavyweight division, the female combatants competing under the same umbrella as him and get his comments regarding the mean facial hair referee Mike Beltran sported at “Strikeforce: Rousey vs. Kaufman.”

Lastly on the show, MMA DieHArds Radio will welcome Lyndon Whitlock.  Whitlock (Twitter: @lyndonwhitlock) is fighting Fernando Vieira at The Score Fighting Series on Aug. 25 at the Hamilton Centre in Hamilton, Ontario.  Whitlock is a rising star in the world of MMA, sporting a 7-2 record that has never went to the hands of the judges.
