Pet ministry is about people and how we interconnect with the animals around us.  Most religions have traditions regarding the spirituality of animals and that intersects with human life is a positive way.  Some would say that in American culture, the reverence and respect for our animals has disappeared.  This is where Peaceful Planet Pets steps in.  We will attain peace by being responsible stewards for our planet.  We will attain peace by being responsible stewards for our pets.  Become eco-conscious.  Spay and neuter your pets.  Make a change that will affect us all - for the greater good.

Pet ministry is how we can enrich our spiritual lives through our pets' lessons that they offer us each day - unconditional love, loyalty and a devotion to the very end as well as our quarterly pet grief programs which consists of day-long retreats designed to help us work through the grief of losing a beloved pet.  We learn from our animals to commune with nature and to work with all our senses - to smell the wind, hear the water, taste the rain, feel the moon, and see the spirits.  We are certain, no matter what our religious belief, that there is no heaven if our animal friends are not there with us.  Let us continue to give them a place in our homes and in our hearts.
