The mission of P.R.O. is to empower youth, especially those effected directly and indirectly by the legislation of The Second Chance Act, by showing them visible supporters of their positive ideas and activities while providing insight and information on those agencies that work to reduce Re-Entry into the penial system through projects with an enhanced focus on jobs, housing, substance abuse treatment and mental health issues. And again, our main focus is to notify the private and government sector of successfully demonstrated programs and create performance standards by monitoring and evaluating these activities to the best of our abilities in the youth’s transitions to self sufficiency through business and recreation.
