Dr. Cathy Reimers Ph.D. and author Rose Offner M.F.A. will discuss how loss may occupy our hearts during holidays deepening  our feelings of sadness, loneliness, guilt, anxiety depression, and even anger which can be normal reactions.  On the other hand, some family members have to endure a death around the holidays which leaves a person feeling  very distraught, numb and even traumatized.  Tips for coping with loss during the holidays wil be given.   For family members that have experienced a death in the course of  the holidays, advice and a list of questions will be provided to determine whether a person should seek professional help for their grief.
