Comcare (The Australian Federal Government) Workers Compensation Insurer has called a tender for the supply of Investigative Services. It is a requirement that Investigators who wish to successfully bid for this work, hold a Certificate IV in Government (Fraud Control) Qualification. Why is this Tender one of the most significant in the Australian Investigation Industry? What is the difference between Certificate IV in Government (Investigation) and Certificate IV in Government (Fraud Control)? Who commits fraud against the Commonwealth? What are some examples of Fraud against the Commonwealth? What is harmonization and how will it affect the Workers Compensation Investigation industry in Australia? How can you the individual investigator benefit from this? To find out the answers to all these questions and more tune in Friday January 1 2010 at 4.00PM. No other Registered Training Organisation can provide the clear, frank, honest content that is expressed in this program. That is because either they don't know it, are an Investigation Agency as well as an RTO and any dissemination of information like this would advantage their competitors, or be a conflict of interest according to their Service Level Agreement. The Australian Security Academy is an independent registered Training Organisation able to provide assistance to existing, potential, new and emerging investigators for the raising of professional standards in the Civil Investigation Industry.
