This QWR or Qualified Written Request template is the first of five steps to perfecting one’s own Commercial Lien!!! a.k.a (your private process to successfully sue the Bank!!!) The QWR is free to those friends and family who are either presently facing foreclosure or for those who have already been evicted and are not living in their home presently. The QWR works for everyone and at any situation. Naturally the keys are given out at the Seminar, which include a manual to help understand all the terms and reasons why certain clauses have been included and to also identify all the laws and codes the Bank has probably violated in your foreclosure process. This manual is detailed enough so that after the seminar one could easily use the manual to write a powerful QWR to their Bank, putting them on NOTICE that they must stop all foreclosure processes until the Bank can prove the debt is owed by you. The seminar explains how the Bank has no chance of providing this information, because in most cases the Mortgage is a Fraud!!! The other key to this QWR that allows the full force of this document to be put into action for you is an “Affidavit of Debt” form, where the Bank or more accurately the Creditor must sign the Affidavit of Debt form to validate the debt they are claiming that you owe them. The form will be provided at the seminar also. A Bank Underwriter will be guiding you through your own loan documents to see if any fraud has been committed by the Bank.
