According to Justin Spiro, the host of his new podcast show "Spiro Avenue" and the creator of its website, newest Detroit Tigers and Detroit Red Wings owner Chris Ilitch, via sources, will put the Tigers up "for sale soon". The Red Wings will possibly retain but are still on the table.

Also, the Red Wings have signed defenseman Xavier Ouellet to a 2-year, $2.5 million contract.

And former Detroit Pistons guard Chauncey Billups withdraws from consideration for the Cleveland Cavaliers' front office position.
