Brethren, receiving the power to excel is to be the best. God's plan and purpose for us as His children is to be above and tower over all our contemporaries, no matter how bleak the situation might be. It is part of God's own agenda for us not to be operating in the valley of life. God says you and I shall be above only and not beneath. Receiving power to excel enables you to have an excellent spirit that will also ensure that you are the head and not the tail.
