The long time Educator and Administrator realized he had a passion for making change in his urban community. That’s what propelled him to author his first work, “Sick and Tired of Sick and Tired”. The book digs deep as it confronts African American Men with a true and clear picture of their contribution to a struggling Black Community nationwide. African American Wom-en are challenged as they are faced with the reality of becoming true leaders in the Black Community.
In 2013 Daryl created “Colorful Dream Inc”. The Colorful Dream Project is designed to aid High School Female Students through the difficulty of finding college admissions to four year and two year colleges. Female athletes can find guidance, mentor-ship and college admissions. 

His “A New and Better You” workshop is designed to Empower, Encourage and Challenge Women of Color in the hope of becoming Greater and fulfilling their true potential. Wom-en have the chance to interact and share as they learn the “Concepts of 80/20” as well as “If Then” Strategies. The workshop puts emphasis on women working in unison as the spiritual concepts of Fellowship and Discipleship.
