ELDER ALBERTA A. LLOYD-CAPERS attended the Philadelphia public school system, after graduating , she received a double bachelor’s degree in theology, and elementary education. Elder capers went on to get her master’s degree in educational leadership from Ashford University and is currently working on her PhD in higher education. Elder capers was ordained in 2000, at Hope Full Gospel Church. She is a powerful educator, teacher and motivational speaker.
