Could you imagine what it must feel like to play in a band comprising of different nationalities, languages and cultures with passports abundant with colorful stamps? I got to find out how when I met up with Tessie Stranger and Lau Stranger of Intimate Stranger a few weeks ago.  The band, having toured Latin America, the UK, Europe and the USA over the last four years is currently living in Santiago, Chile, having recently relocated from Austin, TX.   What is next for this band, “the moon” says Lau Stranger as he elaborates on how fortunate they are to live and perform in different countries for a few months at a time, getting to meet and connect with their fan base out there in so many countries.   Honestly, I absolutely love the idea of being flexible to live and perform in different parts of the world, it really gives such a dynamic perspective of constant new experiences and I wonder how more bands are able to do this.  As Tessie explains, ” you have this mindset where you’re going to go somewhere for a little while and at the same time, the more you move around, the more opportunities come up to do other things” Great interviewing with Tessie and Lau, take a look.
