  • No matter where you go lately it seems there are problems everywhere!  People not getting along, not listening to one another, not agreeing with each other and, people feel like they're alone.  Words as comments in social media, in text messages, even on paper are misunderstood from how they were intended (meant) by the one who wrote the words.  When we remove voice, facial expressions, and body language from communication (talking) so much is lost from what is meant to be conveyed (shared to others).
  • We always seem to be in a hurry to do things, go places, and learn things. When was the last time you slowed down and sat with someone over cookies and milk?  Over a cup of tea or coffee? When was the last time you did not watch the clock or check your messages or notifications and just relaxed not thinking about anything except being with that person and enjoying their company, their laugh, their smile......their love they have for you?
  • In this episode of Mid-Week Calming Potion we do just that.  We slow down, we relax, and learn how to step outside of the confusion of  mixed and many emotions to facilitate (make) change to help improve (make better) the world around us and the people who are in our lives. And we are going to do that with love. We will put aside everything to learn how to "just be".  Don't know what it means to "just be" ?  Tune in this evening to find out!
    • If you haven't yet, I encourage you to listen to the episode below on how to use White Light for protection.  It's a basic "must do" for everyone to learn that can be used at anytime, and anywhere!
