The Alliance Guys: Featuring Carson

July 28 2012, Carson joined the Alliance Guys Podcast and the world was practically his oyster.  “Texas Prodigy” was enjoying a tremendous amount of success; he was simultaneously the NWA North American Champion and the reigning ACW U30 Heavyweight Champion.  Everything was coming up Carson.  It was the first of the year that things would take a turn for Carson.  He lost the NWA North American Championship to Byron Wilcott on January 11 2013 and lost the ACW U30 Young Gun Championship on January 20 2013 to Bolt Bradley.  And even though the Texas Prodigy seemed to be unbeatable as champion since losing the title, the former North American Champion has been on a bit of a losing streak, even dropping out of the NWA Top Ten.

When Carson joins us Saturday, we’ll be discussing the above mentioned losing streak among other topics; his matches with TNA’s Robbie E, his time as the NWA North American Champion, his match with Damien Wayne for the NWA National Title at the Parade of Champions event last month, the TNA Gutcheck, but maybe most importantly are the words of former NWA World Junior Heavyweight Champion Kevin Douglas.  The last time the “Modern Day Hero” joined the Alliance Guys Podcast… he was more than a little rough on Carson, saying “he is the typical mediocre bodybuilder who thinks he can be a wrestler."
