Wilbert Jones will be talking about his book Images of America "Chicago's Gold Coast" The City of Chicago.
Wilbert Jones is the president of The Wilbert Jones Company – a food product development and marketing company; founded in 1993. He has authored three award winning cookbooks and was the host of the PBS television series, Healthy Heritage Kitchen in 2008. Since 1998, he has been a contributing editor for Prepared Foods Magazine. Wilbert is currently working on a television series, A Taste of Africa: Culture and Cuisine from Casablanca to Cape Town. He has lived in Chicago’s Gold Coast since 1998 and served on the Gold Coast Neighbor’s Association for two years.
