Juliane Wilbee owner of Norbridge Antiques

After a successful career with a global corporation, Juliane Wilbee decided to follow her passion for the decorative arts and established Norbridge Antiques in 2006. She sells antique and vintage decorative arts, and furniture through personal referrals, and her online store. She also accepts assignments to hunt for particular pieces of furniture and objects.  She has always treasured well-made objects of good and enduring design and enjoys scouring antique shops and private collections to find objects that are beautiful, in excellent taste, and well made.

Juliane grew up in Montreal where she attended McGill University.  In Montreal, she had the opportunity of visiting some of the most beautifully designed houses in the city where English and French design influences are at home.  Other cultural influences came when she lived in Caracas for a short time, and when she established her home in Toronto, where she continues to live.  Her experiences in Montreal, Caracas, and Toronto have given her the pleasure of seeing some remarkable private collections, and have inspired her to enjoy the differences in individuals and cultures.
