Psalm 27:11 King James Version (KJV)
11 Teach me thy way, O Lord, and lead me in a plain path, because of mine enemies.

There is a way that appears to be right, but in the end it leads to death. Proverbs 14:12

27:11 plain path. The word “plain” refers to a smooth plain as against rugged topography. Enemies could more easily lurk in hills or valleys, but could be seen easily on a plain.
