WHAT IS AN ELOHIM?

I know how difficult it was for me to understand that some of my most cherished beliefs about the word GOD were actually WRONG. One was an idea that their is only ONE GOD or elohim! There are many false gods of the Bible who are idols. This is an notion that didn’t conform to the teachings of CHRISTENDOM. The word G-O-D is only a name, not just an “ordinary” noun, but is an exclusive title or the title of a personal being, and a unique being at that, I WAS TAUGHT WAS YAHUWAH / YAHWEH.  When I came to realize that there were other GODS in the heavenlys, it SEEMED (and that’s an important word) as though Yahuwah was just ONE among MANY GODS THAT WAS EQUAL TO HIM. That bothered me! So, I continued my study. Over 40 years of reading, studing, searching, asking, seeking, knocking......then finally. The Holy lead me and guided me to YaHuWah Elohim or LORD GOD and Yahushua HaMashiyach (Jesus the Messiah).

And the children of Israel did evil again in the sight of the LORD, and served Baalim, and Ashtaroth, and the gods of Syria, and the gods of Zidon, and the gods of Moab, and the gods of the children of Ammon, and the gods of the Philistines, and forsook the LORD, and served not him. Judges 10:6

YaHuWah is inherently distinct and superior to all other gods. YaHuWah is elohim unique. YaHuWah is an elohim (a god), but no other elohim (gods) are YaHuWah. Many of you may still be stuck on the idea that there can only be one elohim since YaHuWah is called elohim in so many places in the Bible. And if that’s not true, you might be asking, then what is an elohim? TONIGHT I WILL REVEAL EXPLAIN ILLUMINATE SIMPLIFY WHAT IS AN ELOHIM.
