Tracey Jackson is the Chief Financial Officer for Resource One Credit Union. She oversees all aspects of the institution's financial functions and is responsible for financial stability, planning and statements, cost analysis, budgeting, general ledger integrity, and cost control systems.

Jackson worked at Atlantic Financial Federal Credit Union, where she served as Vice President of Finance for two years. Prior to her time at Atlantic Financial Federal Credit Union, Jackson worked for MECU of Baltimore, Inc. for eleven years. She worked her way up from an Intern position to the Assistant Director and Investment Manager, a position she held for her last three years with the organization.

She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Morgan State University and a Master of Science in Financial Management from the University of Maryland, University College.

Ms. Jackson volunteers her time to the credit union industry and has served as a President for the Financial Managers Society Maryland Chapter, Internship Program Manager for the African American Credit Union Coalition, Board Member of the CUNA CCUFC Advisory Board and an Advisory Board Member for the Maryland District of Columbia Credit Union Association’s Young Professional Network. She is currently serving as a Board Member for the African American Credit Union Coalition.
