Rosa Jones Carter is a progressing construction owner with JC Homes Services, LLC of Jacksonville, Florida. She has been skilled in commercial and industrial masonry and concrete construction for 24 years. This is a family owned business and she is the third generation.  At the age of 25 she became certified as a Structural Mason Contractor in Tampa, FL and an OSHA Safety Inspector in Chicago, IL. After suffering a near death experience she closed the business until recently.  She envisions restructuring the company to include young adults, innovation while achieving a Mind Shift change on how to become a Black Women in Construction.
