Self Love and Self Worth

It takes a great deal of honestly to do the work to raise your own self esteem without inflating your ego at the same time.  When yoiu ask most people if they loved themselves, they woulld immediately reply, "Of course!"  However, most have never even investigated their own authentic way of being.  

Join us this week at we look at how and where our self love and self worth is created.  Then we will also talk about what we can all do to increase our frequency, energy and vibration, so that we maximize our own existence, as well as those in our circle of love and light.
