Radio Show: Maricopa County Animal Care and Control presented by the Maricopa County Home & Shows

Annually, the Maricopa County Home Show is committed to supporting an organization within our community that will receive benefits and contributions from us to support its mission. We are pleased to announce the Maricopa County Animal Care and Control as the March Maricopa County Home Show benefactor. The MCACC mission statement is “To promote and protect the health, safety and welfare of people and pets in Maricopa County. Vision: Animal Care and Control strives to reduce the dangers and nuisances caused by irresponsible pet ownership, and to protect pets from abuse, neglect and homelessness.” Even though MCACC is a county agency, it only receives 4% of its operating budget from the county. The rest comes from licensing and adoption fees, contracted field services and donations from the public. This radio show is presented by the Maricopa County Home Shows, held 5 times a year, exclusively at the AZ State Fairgrounds in Phoenix and the University of Phoenix Stadium in Glendale, AZ.
