Margaret McLaughlin - Great Expectation for Tri-State HRMA 2014

Margaret M. McLaughlin, SPHR is a Senior Vice President in Human Resources employed at Caliper since 2005. An HR professional with over 25 years’ experience in strategic management, employee development/training, profit/loss responsibilities working in diversified, national and international environments, Ms. McLaughlin has been recognized on numerous occasions as a top HR professional including the 2012 HR Department of the Year Award; 2008 Delaware Valley HR Person of the Year Award; 2004 Delaware Valley HR Person of the Year Nominee. In 2013, Ms. McLaughlin’s company was awarded the prestigious Alfred P. Sloan Award for Excellence in Workplace Effectiveness and Flexibility. Ms. McLaughlin has been published in SHRM Magazine, July 2007 Issue: The Unspoken Word.  Ms. McLaughlin has also spoken at state and federal government venues on social issues relevant to companies and employees’ rights. 

Margaret has been a member of the Tri-State Human Resources Association since 1985 and is the current president of Tri-State. She has been a member of the Society of Human Resources since 1994.

Margaret is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources, SPHR; Professional in Human Resources, PHR; Certified Training Facilitator, CTF and Certified Personnel Consultant, CPC.
