Chad Michael Collins

Chad Michael Collins is an up-and-coming actor across screens big and small.  Collins is perhaps best known for his starring role in SNIPER: RELOADED for Sony Pictures, a reboot of the original SNIPER franchise starring Tom Berenger.  Released April 26^th to solid reviews and co-starring Billy Zane, Collins plays franchise lead ‘Sgt Brandon Beckett,’ the estranged son of Berenger’s legendary field sniper.  The film follows Collins as his character seeks to learn the way of the gun after an ambush by a sniper murders his squad, putting him on the warpath to revenge. Collins other credits include recent TV guest spots on hit shows “NCIS” playing a closeted gay Naval recruiter and “CSI: Miami,” playing a champion cagefighter being threatened by an escaped convict and former training partner on the eve of his title defense.  He’s also appeared in “CSI: NY” and “Greek,” and will appear in the forthcoming Mike White HBO series “Enlightened” as well as in the mockumentary ROCK BARNES: THE EMPORER IN YOU, about the behind-the-scenes narcissism of a flawed self-help guru. A growing name in genre films, Collins has starred in several SyFy Channel original movies:  “Rock Monster”, “Legion of the Dead,” and “Lake Placid 2” (the last two also enjoying DVD releases).  “Lake Placid 2,” co-starring Cloris Leachman and John Schneider, was the cable station’s highest-rated original telefilm at the time of its airing, and still ranks in the top three among the hundreds of such movies.
