Indiana Youth Institute - Bill Stanczykiewicz

The Indiana Youth Institute (IYI) is a statewide nonprofit that provides capacity-building programs and resources for the state’s youth workers and nonprofit youth-serving organizations, including schools. They are also an outspoken advocate for healthy youth development in Indiana. The mission of IYI is to promote the healthy development of Indiana children and youth by serving the people, institutions and communities that impact their well-being. Bill Stanczykiewicz is President and CEO of IYI. And as President and CEO of the Indiana Youth Institute, Bill has developed expertise in youth development, education and workforce issues that impact today's families, communities and the marketplace. Under Bill's leadership, the Indiana Youth Institute has earned awards for management effectiveness and efficiency. His personal honors have included a national leadership fellowship from the Rockefeller Foundation, being named a "Distinguished Hoosier" by Indiana Governor Frank O'Bannon and receiving the Chairman's Award from the NCAA. Bill advises the development of statewide policies and strategies for education, workforce and economic development as a member of Indiana's Education Roundtable and the State Workforce Innovation Council.
