Body image, weight loss and dieting are some of the most common struggles in our modern world. Before I found my solution, I battled endlessly with food cravings. With never-ending food choices, information overload, and high stress levels, it's no wonder many people stay stuck. 

 
My guest this week, Brenni, is joining me to talk about her struggles with weight and food cravings, and her desire to get off the dieting roller coaster. I'll share what finally worked for me, what effectively re-wired the way I thought about food, eased and eventually eliminated food cravings, and got me back into a healthy body image. 
 
What's the secret? 3x3 Meditation (3 minutes, 3 times a day). Sound too good to be true? When I interviewed Dr. Bruce Lipton, PhD (author of "The Biology of Belief"), he told me that my little 3x3 meditation method was one of the most effective ways he'd heard of to interrupt and reprogram subconscious sabotaging thoughts. The key is to start with the mind first, then the body will follow.
