In our podcast today, David Lykken interviews Ari Karen, Founder and CEO of Strategic Compliance Partners, to discuss the recent court ruling on the PHH lawsuit and the result of the latest ruling on the CFPB.

Ari Karen is the Founder of SCP and is actively involved in the business development and growth of the company. He also is a Principal at Offit Kurman law firm, the parent company of SCP.

Mr. Karen’s practice is diverse, representing clients on matters concerning banking regulations, Dodd Frank financial reform laws, contractual disputes, employment and labor statutes, wage-hour class actions, employment discrimination and fair lending matters, whistleblower complaints and non-competition claims, among others.
