David Lykken is Joined by Special Guest Donald C. Lampe. Mr. Lampe is a partner in the Financial Services Group in the Washington D.C. office of Morrison & Foerster. He represents banks, mortgage companies, automotive finance companies, insurance underwriters and agents and other financial service providers in a variety of financial services and bank regulatory matters.
