Talk to Me! Help!

Ok, now I know that every person get's in times in their lives when they know the answer to their questions, but just want to do it anyway; really don't feel like going BY THE BOOK..lol...but it seems when they reach out to get advice it is always calming and truth.  I am a very smart and onpoint woman and strong, but even I get weak, and tired of always doing THE RIGHT THING and waiting.  SO, when the one that you really don't like, that totally does not make your heart and soul feel alive or flutter, and the relationship would be so arrid begins to talk about marriage; after waiting so long, what do you do? You know the ONE that you want is a ladies man, never talks about marriage, but says enough to keep you focused on him, but makes your heart flutter, makes you smile, and just has a way with you that it takes many a lifetime to have, but again he is not the committing type...do you walk away from him and say yes to the other, or do you just walk away from both and keep doing the content single thing. (I'm doing me)? Talk to me ladies.  Older women are to teach younger women.  Not that older women can't learn a thing or two from younger women but there can be a balance.
