We have author, speaker and teacher Kathy Howard on to discuss "Back to the Basics" - Why the Church needs to get back to teaching the basics of Christianity.

And on the second half of the show we will have on Author/Speaker, Jennifer Maggio to discuss Single Mother Issues in the United States - With More than 17 million single mothers in our country and numbers growing daily, what can we do to meet their needs?



Kathy Howard has been teaching the Bible for over 20 years. Kathy particularly enjoys speaking at women’s events and retreats to encourage them in their faith. She has a Masters in Christian Education from the Canadian Southern Baptist Seminary and serves on a church staff in West Texas. Kathy and her husband have three children and one son-in-law. When the family gets together there are also four dogs in the mix. Kathy writes to have something to do while drinking coffee.



Author/Speaker, Jennifer Maggio is considered one of the nation's leading authorities on single mom's issues. Her journey as a teenage single mom, having suffered through years of abuse, poverty, and homelessness, leaves audiences riveted. The story doesn't stop with the hardship, though! Her message is one of hope and a future. Jennifer went from homeless to successful executive in Corporate America, ultimately leaving it all behind to work in full-time ministry.
