It is that time of the year for those big dollar Dirt track events here in the northeast. It was kicked off in style with Grandview Speedways 76er for Modifieds and Port Royals Tuscarora 50 for 410 Sprint cars. And yes folks we will have the winners of both events on the show Tuesday evening.
Lance Dewease earned a record fifth Tuscarora 50 victory at Port Royal Speedway in dominating fashion this past Saturday. Lance picked up a check for over $12,000 in bringing home the victory for the Don Kreitz-owned/Sharman Builders/No. 69K team.
Ten time Grandview modified track champion Jeff Strunk brought home his sixth win of the prestigious Freedom 76-Lap Modified Classic Saturday night. Jeff wheeled the Glenn Hyneman owned No. 126 Modified for a hard fought win while picking up a check for more than $25,000. Should be a great time as Jeff usually likes to take over the show.
