Continued accusations, reassurance-seeking, pouting, and acting-out will produce a self-fulfilling prophecy. Just because a thought comes into your head doesn’t make it reality. When you don’t take a moment to center yourself and process what is false and what is real in your mind, you create an opening for the very loss you’re trying to avoid.

Jealous thoughts are not the same as reality and no matter how much you believe in your thoughts, it won’t make your thoughts a reality for/to others. Random attacks against others because you believe what you’ve fed to your mind won’t help alleviate your insecurities nor will it assist in maintaining any type of relationship.
