As an ITC researcher and paranormal investigator for nearly 20 years, Bill has been fascinated with the experimental electronics developed for the purpose of documenting paranormal events. Being a guest on various radio shows and webcasts has allowed him to share what he has learned so others may maximize their own experiences.
