Phillip Carter is an internationally known artist, producer, songwriter, preacher and clinician. SOV was organized in 1997 by Phillip Carter and features many gifted and anointed musicians and vocalists from the Washington Metropolitan area. SOV continues to minister extensively throughout the United States, Canada and Europe and have recorded five CD projects. Phillip Carter is the Co-Founder of the Independent Gospel Artists Alliance (IGAA) Conference founded in 2010, and currently teaches Music and Computer Technology in the Fairfax County, Va.
