Our guest today is Atty Eugene Radcliff.

Atty Eugene’s practice is primarily centered in Business and Corporate law, Intellectual Property/Commercial Law, Entertainment Law, Product Liability and General Litigation Trial and Appellate Practice.

Among Atty Eugene’s clients are some of the most well-respected names in business, politics, sports and the entertainment industry, including an NFL 1st Round Draft Pick, a baseball Hall of Famer, an Olympic sprinter, and several Grammy Award-winning musicians and labels.

He has broad experience in other areas such as Estates and Planning, Administrative Law, Medical Malpractice Defense, Employment and Construction Law. He has experience in gaming issues, zoning and licensing matters, redistricting, corporate real estate transactions, and municipal taxing matters. He has represented municipalities and agencies in a broad range of governmental matters and am currently general counsel to several private firms and state boards. With both civil and criminal trial experience, he has been designated Deputy Asst Attorney General in relation to my medical malpractice and insurance defense work.

 Atty Eugene drafted Continuing Legal Education Programs and conducted several seminars on many subjects, including estate planning, entertainment law and Sarbanes Oxley. He authored the 2006 and 2010 revisions to La..R.S. 37:2441-2465, and co-authored several provisions of the La. Tax Credit Acts for music and movies.
