Dale E. Graff, facilitator and author, is a physicist and a former director of project STARGATE, the government program that investigated remote viewing phenomena. B. S. Physicist: Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA), Department of Defense (DOD), Washington, DC. Chief of Advanced Concepts Office; Director of research and applications in remote viewing, an aspect of extrasensory perception (ESP) and psi phenomena (1981 – 1993). He coined the term STARGATE to symbolize this innovative effort in extending the range of human potential. 2. Aerospace Engineer/Physicist: Foreign Technology Division, Wright- Patterson Air Force Base, Dayton, OH. Prepared foreign weapon systems assessments and trend and forecast documents for Air Force advanced planners; Chief of Advanced Technology; Chairman of Radar and Optical Data Working Group (1964 – 1981). 3.
