Dale E. Graff, facilitator and author, is a physicist and a former director of project STARGATE, the government program that investigated remote viewing phenomena. B. S. Aeronautical Engineer, Pennsylvania State University, 1956. M. S. Physics, Drexel University, Philadelphia, PA, 1964 1. Physicist: Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA), Department of Defense (DOD), Washington, DC. Chief of Advanced Concepts Office; Director of research and applications in remote viewing, an aspect of extrasensory perception (ESP) and psi phenomena (1981 – 1993). He coined the term STARGATE to symbolize this innovative effort in extending the range of human potential. 2. Aerospace Engineer/Physicist: Foreign Technology Division, Wright- Patterson Air Force Base, Dayton, OH. Prepared foreign weapon systems assessments and trend and forecast documents for Air Force advanced planners; Chief of Advanced Technology; Chairman of Radar and Optical Data Working Group (1964 – 1981). 3. Aerospace Engineer: Several aerospace companies developing advanced designs for missiles, aircraft, spacecraft and performing systems engineering for spaceplanes and the Gemini Launch Vehicle (1956 – 1964). 1. Air Force Special Achievement Award, 1969. 2. Recognition for outstanding contributions to agency missions (received over a dozen during government career). 3. Received the Intelligence Communities’ Outstanding Analyst Award, 1980.
