Are colleges truly preparing students for the leadership-driven world of the future?  What are the skills American employers will value over simply getting a degree from a "good school?"   What MUST people who want to transition from one career to another know in order to be successful?

The world of work is changing rapidly and no one knows that better than Dr. Tracey Wilen,a prominent Silicon Valley thought leader with insights on the impact of technology on society, work and education.
